I'm very picky about my pillows because I'm short and thin-boned. Most memory foam pillows are for people who are much taller than me. But I digress. I usually sleep on an almost flat pillow and fold the bottom corner of the side I'm sleeping on (ie if I'm sleeping face to the left then pull the bottom corner up and over my shoulder). No more of that! The beautiful "wings" of this pillow help to gently cradle my head and provide perfect neck support throughout the night. Again, I am very picky and weighed this pillow against the buckwheat flour pillow and a few others that advertise that they are adjustable. This pillow blew my mind! I slept soundly for over 10 hours last night (I got my pillow yesterday) with hardly any tossing and turning. I've been suffering from neck pain for a couple of days now (can't turn left unless I rotate my whole body - yes I know I need a chiropractor) and one night I was so relieved I moved my chin touch down left shoulder! Can't put it into words! I love this pillow but mine didn't smell!
