Review on UFlex Elbow Compression Sleeve: Effective Brace for Injury Recovery, Tendonitis, Tennis Elbow, and More! by Terrell Ciula

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Just over 12 inches around the elbows and 15 inches at the biceps and I found it too tight for smaller arms.

I tried it because along with a bad case of tennis elbow while on steroid injections and physical therapy I was developing biceps pain in the elbow joint which was diagnosed as biceps tendonitis. I had to stop lifting for fear of tearing my bicep and was suspended for 2 months. When I returned to weightlifting under the care of a doctor, I tried this to help with the discomfort I was still feeling. My elbow is just over 12 inches and according to the size chart I needed XL. My biceps are almost 16 inches long and I have to admit they were too tight. The rubber is quite thick so when I bend my arm the rubber will squeeze and open my arm, it's too thick. The design is nice and it was really comfortable, apart from being too tight. The material would be ok if it fit better. I had to send it back as I couldn't wear it for long and lifting was out of the question. You should consider reducing the thickness inside the arm's elbow joint so that when the arm bends, there is no force forcing the arm to open. So if your hand size is 16 inches or larger, you might want to reconsider your decision.
