The first one didn't work - the replacement seems fine.

The first one I ordered for a sink in my closet broke - the cold one leaked and the hot one didn't shut off at all. I exchanged it and the company sent me a new one before I sent the old one back. The new one works as it should. This is a new purchase so let's see how it holds up over time. You can get a nozzle to make an aerator hose which I also ordered but haven't tried yet. When it works, the faucet becomes more flexible to use.
