Light did not work after install. The fan worked, the problem was most likely in the headlight unit. Disconnect and reconnect the assembly, carefully aligning the pins. Still no light. Lightbulbs changed, no light. Rear return window. Went to Hunter fan company. They charge $15 to replace the flashlight assembly. However, this part is out of stock so I'll have to wait to see if they have more. It is not known when this will happen or if it will solve the problem. Huge tasks. I'm considering buying a completely different fan, writing off the $100 I spent on this one as a total loss, and removing it. At the same time, there is no light in our bedroom. UPDATE: Called Revain for tech support, they couldn't fix the issue but offered a partial refund if it would cost me to purchase a replacement part and suggested calling the manufacturer for a free replacement as it is under a 1 year manufacturer warranty year falls. Good suggestion and service from Revain. Update 2: Called the Hunter Fan Company and they were fantastic in helping me resolve the issue. Went through troubleshooting until they diagnosed the problem. They even sent a small part for free which helped eliminate the possible cause. I ended up installing it wrong even though I installed these fans before. We all make mistakes sometimes. Fan and light are now working properly. Five stars for a product that both Revain and the manufacturer stand behind.
