Review on 💪 High Endurance 128GB Class 10 Micro SD Card for BlackVue Dash Cam by Tone Hatton

I received this product for use in October 2017 after speaking directly to Blackvue. I bought it from HD Video Depot and they said I shouldn't use another brand of card and that's why I'm getting the errors I was getting on my device. They said to use Blackvue, I followed their advice to reformat the card every few weeks and the card worked for about 6 months until I pulled it out of the dash cam to copy the file. When I put it back into the dash cam, I reformatted the card and kept getting the "No SD card" error. I tried another card which was Sandisk and the Sandisk card worked fine. I didn't know that the Blackvue card only has a 6 month guarantee as it is not advertised anywhere and is hidden deep on the Blackvue website. When I called HD Video Depot today I spoke to Mike who said he is the head of Revain. He told me I was unlucky and there was nothing he could do. He laughed when he told me that. He started talking to me when I was a kid and lectured me on how I should have called when it happened. I explained that the warranty expired after just a few weeks and most memory card manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty. He then said "Now you're going to see bad Michael" when I said I would post negative reviews about how the HD video treated me. When I asked to speak to the manager or owner he said there was no one else there and the owner was usually away and unavailable. Then he hung up while I was still talking! Is this how a retailer treats its customers today? You only get one chance to make a big impression, and it was the complete opposite. There are so many other places to buy I don't think Michael gets it. If he worked for me, I would fire him for it. I suggest you don't buy anything from HD Video Depot, no matter how many good reviews they have. One bad experience is enough to change even a loyal customer's mind.
