The case does not hold the iPad Air 2 securely.

I love the case and love that it has a wrist strap and something to wear around your neck. I can't get the case on my iPad Air 2 to close very well. So the silicone case is not suitable. I'm afraid it will fall apart. Any advice on how to get it together properly?
