It does the job. I wanted a flush mount plastic box to replace the surface mount metal security cabinet I had previously installed in my home. This is the only box that fits my application. My network and security cables were installed on opposite sides of the rack, and after installing the larger network box, I didn't have room for another large box in the adjacent rack bay. I used this box because I could mount it on the side, which gave me a few inches of space between the boxes. Cons: - The lid is a chic gray color and the logo is unbearable. I removed the logo with acetone and painted the lid white. Metal clips that you use to "snap" the lid in place instead of using screws are useless. They fall off when you try to open it and don't hold onto it at all. (I agree with the screws as this is a security closet and not accessed often.) If you need to get in frequently, keep that in mind. Pros: - Cheaper than anything I could find. - Plastic so you can place wireless devices inside without interrupting reception.
