This is a great tool for creating org charts, which is something that my organization has struggled with for years. The reporting is not as detailed as we would like, because it is not possible to customize the org chart in some ways. But the org chart creation is very helpful, and we have been able to use it for almost all of our needs. The reporting is not as sophisticated as we would like. I wish we could customize the org chart in some ways. We've been able to use it in a great way to make our org charts much more effective.
