Review on Wireless Sleep Mask by Joy Berry

The operation took a bit of getting used to but once I figured out the mask charging issue I totally agreed. Just above the play/pause button is a small square light that glows red when charging, blue when fully charged, and flashes red and blue when a Bluetooth device is connected. It takes just over 2 hours to charge, easily giving you 10 hours of continuous gaming. I recently got a case of chronic tinnitus which we all know is not at all pleasant. This is a 24/7 restless condition (ringing, hissing, or buzzing in the ears) and it doesn't seem like there's a cure for it yet. Studies show that this happens with age and may be related to hearing loss. Regardless of the reason, when this happens, you just have to figure out how to deal with it. In my research, I learned about "sound chipping" when playing music or sounds at the same frequency as your tinnitus. It aims to teach healthy ear cells to cope with the affecting frequency, and eventually teach unhealthy cells to quiet the extra noise they create in the brain. There are many applications that allow you to a) determine the frequency of tinnitus (everyone has a different frequency) and b) play noises/music with the frequency turned off. We all know that common white noise helps "mask" tinnitus, so listening to white noise in a quiet room can temporarily make you forget about tinnitus. That's all well and good, but it solves the problem. As soon as you turn it off, the tinnitus returns with full force. Well, I found an app that creates intermittent white noise, so I pump it through my sleep mask at night, not only to help me sleep despite my tinnitus, but as therapy! We all know that listening to white noise for hours during the day is difficult, but I've found I can easily do it for many hours at a time during my sleep cycle. So not only do I sleep better as the sound not only masks the tinnitus but also provides therapy to calm the sound. Sometimes I wake up in the morning to complete silence! I found a way to get a temporary break from a constant call. I hope that using this therapy for a long time will help me get rid of the tinnitus completely. So maybe there is some hope for all of us who suffer from tinnitus and this mask is a great tool to help fight it.
