If my dog would eat this food as soon as I gave it to him I would give him 5 stars. That's really the only thing I don't like about this dog food. My son buys the same brand and food for his two dogs but different breeds and these dogs literally eat the food in seconds. They're like piranhas. Have you ever seen the Tasmanian Devil eating through a tree in Bugs Bunny? Then you just saw two of his dogs eating! However, my dog is a very picky eater. He just wants to eat our table food, although we've never fed him that. He will sit next to the table waiting for us to feed him from the table and by now his bowl is full of that food. As soon as we've finished eating and cleared the table, the dog realizes that he's not getting any food from us (again, we never feed him table food, but he always thinks he's getting something). only then does he realize that if he doesn't eat his food, he doesn't eat anything else, so he slowly walks to his bowl and eats his food. We go through this ritual every day, every single day! As smart as my miniature poodle is, and believe me, he's a very, very smart little bugger. But still, he will never learn that lesson. I would love to find another food that he would be happy to eat when served, but it is difficult to find dog food that has high nutritional value, no fillers, at a reasonable price and at a reasonable price. then one he likes to eat. If you or someone you know has the same dog situation and found a better solution, please let me know. My dog will thank you!
