Easy to shape Good for teeth whitening
This mouthguard is very easy to shape. I was a bit skeptical at first because the tray was a bit big and made me vomit trying to hold it by my teeth before putting them in the boiling water. Once in boiling water, you can see it begin to wither, as instructed. A splint that I let dry too long is more comfortable in the mouth than one that I let dry properly. Now they are very pleasant in the mouth and I no longer choke. I no longer clench my teeth and they have greatly reduced my mouth pain. I highly recommend.
