I think it's beautiful!
We recently installed glass shelves with chrome hardware in our bathroom. I wanted something to match the glass and it was the perfect item. Because it's glass, it's a little brighter than other night lights, but not by much. I used a clear glass bulb, during the day it is not visible through the glass but at night it gives a nice light. I often use it instead of candles when I want a spa effect in the bathroom.
