Fits what I needed
Had to be mounted to the ceiling to hang a ladder and it worked. It works better for a regular folding ladder, but I used it for a telescoping ladder. I knew I would have to use some boards to lower the bracket a bit from the ceiling to mount the ladder to the bracket, but it was easier than drilling through the brickwork. Basically satisfied.
