Review on 🧺 Convenient Whitmor 3 Section Rolling Laundry Sorter with Folding Station & Ironing Board by Morgan Freeman

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Expected disappointment

When I first unpacked this item I was optimistic because the individual parts appeared sturdy. I quickly became disillusioned. The cart is not heavy enough to stay upright when the lid is open. The wheels do not turn or roll. Lubricating the bearings hasn't improved their usability, as the build quality of the moving parts isn't even enough to justify their presence. The production reflects minimal attention to detail. For example, the racks have recesses for drowning the screw heads, but the two sections are not reflected - they are identical, i.e. on one side of the carriage the screw heads are recessed (as they should be) and on the other side they are not. The top has no hinge - it rotates on screws. This poor design unnecessarily leads to rapid wear, especially considering how small these screws are. Moving the trolley from a carpet to a hard surface (and vice versa) is difficult due to poor casters. The trolley flexes noticeably during this transition. Finally, the company's video was careful to give the impression that this car is at least partly made in America. However, the packaging and documents clearly state that it was made in China. EDIT: We threw it in the trash today. That went on for almost a year. The upper part sagged and became so curved that it could not be used. Wheel bearings jammed, the screws were constantly unscrewed. It was a gigantic waste of money. I downgraded my rating from 2 to 1 star.
