Prevents migraines while studying

I teach English online and have had light-activated migraines almost every day because I had to put lights in my eyes so the kids could see me on camera. I told my doctor and she recommended "clear sunglasses." I had absolutely no idea what it was, so I checked it out - and it turns out that yes, that's one thing. So I bought regular clear sunglasses and these blue blocking sunglasses and I like them the best. They have the slightest tint that puts a little yellow filter on things on my page, but not enough to seriously change the color of the world around me and not enough to detract from the lessons I teach. And it didn't hurt my classes at all, which is great! And the migraines are gone! Hooray! So if you're in the same boat as me, I highly recommend them.
