The dial button on the case does not work for the top left call/mute button on the phone. Luckily. I never use this button so it's still a win. The lighting port cover is more difficult to open and close than previous models, but at least the 12 Pro can be charged with a safe Mag charger, so I can keep going. This is my third phone with a Lifeproof case and they all performed well on unexpected whirlpool dip tests. Every time I've updated my trade-in, it's been in like-new condition with the Life Case. I like the rounded edge of this case more than the old ones as it's more comfortable. This is the goalkeeper.
