The build quality seems to be good. The size is good for my wife (petite 5ft 0in). The size was acceptable to me at 5ft 8in and 160lbs, but I think this is probably the threshold where some people would prefer a larger size. Lumbar support I would declare the search over. However, it was too much for me like the adjustable lumbar support in my Honda was all the way out. My wife felt the lumbar support was too high on her back. This is probably a good sitting position from a health perspective, but I found it uncomfortable and not suitable for a more crouched/relaxed position (which it wasn't designed for). Several other adults have tried and have come to basically the same conclusion. If you need to sit upright in the correct position I would definitely recommend this chair.
