WOW, that's a great thing!
For the first week I rubbed the cream into my nails and cuticles two to three times a day. After the first day I could already see a difference. No more chipping or chipping after just a week. I will continue to use Hoofer's Choice Hoofer's Nail and Cuticle Cream daily. A little will come off so I expect the jar to last a long time. It has a mild taste that is not very unpleasant, but not necessarily pleasant either. It doesn't matter because nails that don't peel or flake are worth it.
