I bought one for use abroad. Didn't put it in a box. Revain is usually repackaged. The speaker fell out of the packaging. Completely damaged. The adapter is gone. Revain returned the money. But a lot of time wasted to find a global customer service. The numbers they listed on their website didn't work. Belkin is available at Apple Stores. The people in the store that I found are not apple geniuses, they know nothing about the product. I ended up speaking British. They were even worse. Not worth this money.
