Bought a TV for the first time and had a terrible experience. Right out of the box the TV looked refurbished because there was some kind of sticky residue on the bottom right of the screen which could have been caused by some kind of sticker stuck on it (TV screen?) while in the top left corner of the screen something that looked like an upside down "D" like dead pixels. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I have to waste my time sending it back, waiting for my refund to be processed, buying a new one, then waiting a few more days for it to arrive and hoping it's not broken!
