The product works well. I've seen a few reviews that say they can't get the wheel to spin. Here's what I did to fix it: 1. The gray plastic side covers needed to be dented (pinched with finger) a bit to ensure smooth rotation2. Make sure there is enough water in the pump reservoir3. The filter cartridge must be kept clean to ensure adequate flow that turns the wheel.4. The steps above got it working for me. A few days later the wheel stopped turning. I noticed that the flow rate has also decreased. So I fiddled with the filter cartridge - slightly lifted/pulled up. This immediately provided more flow and the wheel started spinning normally again.
