The shoes are SO CUTE my god. They are amazing. I ordered 6-12 because that's what my daughter usually wears, although each shoe size is different, so she has a pair of 3-6 shoes (size 1) that fit well because they're larger. But most of them are 6-12 (size 2). I ordered size 2 and they run a bit large. I NEED to put extra thick socks on her to keep her feet on while crawling/walking/biking. If I don't, they come out pretty easily as she moves. So she will grow into it, but if you are unsure of the size because smaller sizes will fit, will slightly larger sizes fit? Go down a size on these shoes in particular if you want them NOW. If you want her to have them for a while? Get a bigger one and use thick socks.
