Fargo HDP6600 works well.

This printer is good for printing employee ID cards. Because it uses a relay system, it can easily print through the built-in RFID chip used to enter the door. Card Imaging offers technical support after you buy a printer from them. They were very helpful when I called them about a specific setting I needed to use when setting up a printer driver.
