Update: I was finally able to open the tank and use steamer.baby this little thing is amazing. I have used it on my hair and it has softened my hair, was hot but not scalding. I used a full tank of water and the vapor came out just like on the box. I will definitely use it weekly on laundry day. That beats my Q-Redew in terms of vapor power! I have short hair so I just ran my fingers through my hair until I steamed it all out and the water ran out.! I received the item on time, it was well packaged and in very new condition. I really want to use it but I can't open the tank to add water. I tried following the instructions in one of the questions (steady the position, hold the handle and rotate counterclockwise) and the top doesn't move. I really want to use the product but if I can't open it to add water I can't use it. I'll try it. Manufacturer please include instructions on how to open the tank cap.
