Worst Steamer Ever!I have purchased a couple of steamers in the past and upon reading the reviews I thought this would turn out to be a good travel steamer. Boy was I wrong. First of, the size is too big to be an efficient travel steamer for a carry on bag. Other problems with the steamer included hot water spewing out whenever it was one. UPDATED: I am changing my 1 star to a 3 star in that the seller was quick to contact me about my difficulty with the steamer. They sent a gift to me and gave me my full refund. This is the second one I bought since I gave the first one to my daughter since she liked it so much. I bought this same one even though there were cheaper models out there as I did not want to take a chance, since this one works perfectly instead of ironing everyday. Great for curtains too.

Bought it 3 months ago, test it for a couple of minutes and now is not working properly. Water is boiling but steam is not coming out. Return window obviously closed

Love it, love it, love it. I was so tired of getting out the iron and board for one piece of item, and this steamer just works for me. No issues, gives enough steam that my clothes look like they were iron. Would buy this item again if I had to.

Works fine for fabrics you can’t iron. Not perfect, but good. Enough water for several minutes of steaming. Good to do three or four tops/outfits.

I made sure not to overfill, as I have had issues with steamers "bubbling over" in the past. The steamer was operating correctly for a few minutes, then I noticed water leaking onto the floor it was leaking out of the where the cord exits the unit! Needless to say, I'm not impressed.

I love this. I have always used an iron. When I did not have time to iron, I would pick a shirt I did not need to iron. Now I don't have to, this is so quick and results are great!

It heated, steamed and created a pool of water on the floor. I tried using it on different types of garments but ended up using an iron instead. The iron removed the wrinkles much more quickly and effectively.

Works really well and heats up fast. I like it much better then my stand-up one that didn't last long. It is a little heavy for traveling.

I got this to replace my E-Steam by Jiffy which I had for 5 years and loved; never had any problems with it. I thought I'd try a different steamer considering there are new features available. The Housmile steamer is really heavy and bulky. Travelling with this would be a pain. What is more painful is that I almost dropped it because the weight and proportioning of this steamer's design makes it awkward to hold in your hand while maneuvering your clothing piece. I may have received a lemon, but this steamer started spewing hot water only a few months after I bought it. I lived with it because I could tell when it was about to spew. However, it then would only steam for 30 seconds or so at a time, then cool down, then heat up, then cool down. I had to trash it. Waste of money.

This product should have been designed better. There is absolutely nothing that prevents the boiling hot water from spilling on you or your clothes.

I love this steamer! It does an amazing job at quickly getting rid of wrinkles and creases. It’s simple to use and heats up quick. I love that the cord is no fuss and I don’t have to worry about wrapping it or tying it up after use. The cord gets pulled in and released with the press of a button- so simple! I’m surprised of the quality for such a good price. Very happy with this buy. I steamed my partners boxers for less than thirty seconds! Amazing

I purchased this to replace a very old (1960s) steamer to remove wrinkles from my 10' X 10' photo backgrounds as well as my collapsible reflectors. I have only used it a couple of times but it has been working well. It produces uniform water free steam quickly and for as long as it has water. Doesn't work properly. The steamer doesn't work like a normal steamer because water leaks out of it. Not worth the money.
