I continue to be impressed by this company's products. This review was based on facts and I have the pictures for proof. I just purchased a pretty expensive hand held Garment Steamer from a company (who shall remain nameless because I will be comparing the Housmile garment steamer to it) off Revain. I was not really impressed with the steamer (the steamer only took a small amount of water and it would take almost twenty minutes just to get a few wrinkles out of a skirt) so I was debating on sending it back. I started looking for another garment steamer and was fortunate to purchase the Housmile 360ml Garment Steamer at a small discount. I'm so impressed with this unit; I will be paying full price to order one for my mother. Make sure you do not tip this unit over while you are using it because this unit gets very hot. I could actually see the water boiling inside. A great tip is to use the measuring cup that came with your diffuser (Many of us have them) or any cup will do. Because it produces so much more steam; it will cut your clothes time in half. I uploaded pictures so you can see how excellent the Housmile steamer is for yourself. The pictures are taken with different lights so you can see the steam clearly. The pictures are of a comparison to the model I plan on sending back (purple and white unit).**Pros*The Housmile Garment Steamer takes twice as much water and in less than 6 minutes I had the wrinkles out of 2 knee length Khaki skirts.* This garment steamer also has an easy to remove top with a Max & Min feature so you know how to add just the right amount of water* Clear precise instructions in English* Although it is large the steamer is lightweight and easy to travel with* Came with two attachments (Steamer Brushes) and a nice carry bag* A longer retractable cord!
