I purchased this to replace a very old (1960s) steamer to remove wrinkles from my 10' X 10' photo backgrounds as well as my collapsible reflectors. I have only used it a couple of times but it has been working well. It produces uniform water free steam quickly and for as long as it has water. The cord retractor is a nice feature but not the reason I selected this unit. I wanted a basic steamer I could rely on to remove wrinkles from 100 square feet of fabric at a time and that is exactly what this does. Had no problems installing the brush and it works well at removing the fuzzies that get picked up by the background.
