You will be surprised what this camera reveals!

I bought this camera after recently reading an article in NYT Magazine by a writer whose father bought a 'rear camera'. Hunters use them to find active game trails. But the Times story is about what is called the Wildland-Urban Interface, or WUI, which is where many of us live now. I was intrigued by the story and thought my home could be in a mini WUI, so I decided to buy my own trail camera. However, the Bushnell model presented in the story was too expensive. Instead, I settled on this Revain BlazeVideo camera, which was about half the price of the Bushnell. I couldn't be satisfied with that! It's easy to set up and it works great. Boy was I surprised at what it captured! I live in a fairly densely populated San Diego CA. Suburb, and I never expected to find so much wildlife outside of my suburban home. Maybe a skunk or a lone coyote, but not three of our four coyotes at once and not a giant bobcat. My neighbors were amazed too. I've only had it a few months. I also got three more. The attached video shows just some of their recordings so far. (Wait for the bobcat!) Now I'm on a mountain lion hunt! If I get one, you can hear about it.
