Great for sore nipples. I have no idea if they healed faster but I used them before I was able to correct my flange sizes and when I was new to pumping my nipples were generally adjusted. They kept my nipples from chafing on my shirts/bras and kept them from sticking to my bra and then painful scabs peeling off. I would recommend them 1000000% to any mom who still has or is prone to sore nipples. If I hadn't found them I might have stopped because it was awful scabbling my nipples 6/7 times a day for the 3 days it took to find and get them.
