Definitely improved my gum health
I hate dental floss. Every visit to the dentist came with a warning that I had "deep pockets" in my gums and if I didn't floss, gum surgery would be in my future. However, a few weeks after the warning, I slowed down and eventually stopped flossing. - And then, about 5 or 6 years ago, I found Doctor's BrushPicks. I use them after every meal. Much easier to use than dental floss. The "bags" I had are long gone. Regular dental check-ups no longer show any abnormalities in my gums.
