I found a difference between Fortiflora and this product. Fortiflora uses animal digests to flavor its product, and that flavor comes from the liver. I think my cats prefer the taste of Fortiflora, but they don't hesitate to lick every last crumb of this product. It helps my cats with chronic diarrhea and works just the way I need it. My cat has been to the vet too many times and no one can tell me what's wrong with her. She was recently taken in for an operation and they had to come off the anesthetic because she was having seizures. I was just told it's not normal. I ended up paying about $150 to have it fixed with gas instead. If there is time and money, I will find out what is wrong with my child. This product now supports her health and she seems to be doing much better with it than without. A good alternative to Fortiflora and also saves a few euros. Easily recommended.
