Best part is the flexibility and capability to integrate with other platforms. Synnex is the only tool that we use in our company.The UI and the way the information is displayed is very user friendly and it is easy to navigate. Sometimes the search is slow, but that is not a major issue as it is generally fast. The cost is a bit high to the company. I would recommend synnex to small companies and medium companies who are looking for an end to end business solution. We use synnex for our financial reporting and accounting. It is a complete tool and it provides a single access point for all of our accounting and financial reports. The best part about synnex is its ability to provide real time data for any kind of application we want it in. It also has excellent support team who are always there if you need them at anytime during your workday or night. I don't like how long does takes sometimes for my request/query to be processed by synnect because i have multiple requests going through and waiting for responses can get frustrating when u know ur getting close but still no response from synet yet.
