The best feature is that it has an automatic email function where you can set up your emails to be sent at specific time intervals for people who have subscribed through our website or newsletter subscription pages! It's very easy once I've done all my research about what needs doing but then there are so many options available with this software they could improve upon by adding more features in future releases as well perhaps? But overall no complaints from me yet because everything works perfectly fine which of course would not happen if i did find something wrong/wrong use etc - however we do receive lots o feedback via social media posts (Twitter & Facebook) when things don't work how their supposed too hence why its always good having such great customer service behind us :).
