I was looking for an office chair that would fit me and be comfortable. I sit at the computer at least 5 hours a day, both at home and at work. This chair certainly fits the bill, so much so that I've ordered another one for work. When the first chair arrived I couldn't find the instructions so I called the manufacturer and they immediately emailed me the instructions. They were very pleasant and thorough. It took me about an hour to assemble the chair as I had to stop and rest regularly. I'm 80 years old, still working part-time and very active. The chair has many adjustments, both during assembly and after assembly. You can choose it for almost any figure. It's really wonderful. By the way, I found the instructions. They are located in the plastic cover of the seat backrest. Unfortunately, the plastic sleeves are printed in black, which obscures the instructions.
