I've looked everywhere for a similar FABRIC chair because I despise leather. Ignore non-reclining microfiber chairs. I bought this chair as a replacement chair for my new job at a new company. When the chair arrived it was fairly easy to assemble and required no tools. The plastic cover of the telescopic mechanism was broken at the top. Not sure if this is the cause of the chair tipping slightly to the right or not.
