This item is a great product. HDMI cable and small bubble level included. (I didn't even know they were included) isn't needed either, but my daughter likes the level (it has blue bubbles) I put about 15 or 20 TVs on the walls anyway. Usually they use Walmart/Best Buy mounts. Brands Sanus/ONN. All have fallen in price in recent years. It used to cost anywhere from $60 to $100 depending on the size of the TV. And as for a review that has a complaint (with picture) that says "cheap plastic anchors drill 3/8" holes in directions) or something. And now he has to pull out the anchors and buy new bolts. All he had to do was use shims or spacers from T9 or T10 (seen in photo of attached hardware). If you buy this you won't be disappointed. I forgot to mention picture 1. Those little keychains look at things The ropes are such nice touches (of course they're hidden after final installation) but if you're familiar with TV wall mounts and need a little adjustment, like... B. removing the TV, then you know how difficult it is to get to the little levers that need to be released. All you have to do with it is tug on those keychain-like things. Bravo, nice touch.
