They are sold in third-party mom and baby stores. It wasn't clear from the description that the handset I had wouldn't connect so I tried to return it when it arrived and wasn't working. I didn't even open the box. When I returned it unopened, the company charged me $10 for "shipping and restocking". For a product that originally cost $25, that's ridiculous. I also didn't know until I shipped it that I wouldn't get a full refund. I would give it to a friend or save for later if I knew I was throwing away $10 just for wasting time in the mail. I would advise against ordering anything from this company.
