Not Stainless Steel! Will tarnish

Disappointed, after wearing a few weeks, I started to notice it turning my ear green. I took them off and noticed the "stainless steel" has rubbed or chipped off! Revealing a brass material underneath. I have plenty stainless steel items and this is not true stainless steel.
