iCrederity has taken my clients from a very poor background check to what can only be described as a virtual walk-through of your prospective employee's life. They are usually able to get back to you within minutes if not seconds after submitting your information, which helps when you're in an emergency situation like needing to access something quickly. There's nothing bad about using their products or anything else. If you need any sort of background check done, they do them all really well.
