I rated this lower because it is smaller than each of the three different sizes listed. See photos for the three options shown in the same listing. The dimensions of what I received are 15.5" long at the base, 5.25" wide at the base, 9" high measured from the side of the zippered compartment and the straps are 9.25" "-12", depending on how much they stretch when you're in. The smaller size proved important, not only because I wanted a bigger bag, but also because the shoulder straps aren't long enough, to fit in the bag when there is stuff in it so the outer strap keeps slipping off my shoulder if only I don't squeeze it.Very uncomfortable when shopping and would like to have both hands free to look at the product.The However, I really like the design of the bag, it has very practical pockets in all the right places.The material and construction are reasonable considering the price I paid (about $17).It's cute too.I've got a few Used once and not planning on throwing it away yet but I'm very disappointed it's not the one big bag that i wanted. If the size was right (the description says 19"+) this would probably be my choice and I could give it a 5 star rating.
