So after some practice, reading the instructions and watching some YouTube videos I've come to the conclusion that this not only requires patience but also practice. If you have shaved your hair and are trying new methods, remember that not all dark hair can be removed after the first session. Waxing is session after session and you need to give your hair time to adjust. (This is all my personal opinion based on watching videos and trial and error) As for this machine, for the price it is amazing! With accessories! The machine works great with temperature control. 10/10 recommend. Good luck folks.
