writing this review after 10 days of nightly use in adult care on a 10 hour shift just to give you an idea of how much the harness has been used. Pros: I like how it looks after a few days of use. The strap is thick and comfortable. The Bad: First, the lower band is listed as 12.5cm, which is not true. I'm 4 ½", which is about 11.5 cm, so I use the penultimate hole (I have a large wrist). Second, after a few days, the screw on the buckle loosens. And the last one because of the shape the buckle which is very difficult to remove.I wanted this strap but don't recommend it.
