Works as it should.

This unit was used to convert a conventional 30 cup coffee maker into an ethanol still. Ethanol boils at 173F. This device operates at approximately this temperature. The replacement thermal switch worked at 211F. Temperature too high for my intended function. Modifying the coffee maker was much cheaper than buying a custom still unit.
