This is a great vertical phone holder with very strong grip and stability. I use it daily for my side delivery and it's great thanks to the comfortable gravity design. This makes it easy to drop the phone and pop it right into the stand with just one hand. If you have a phone with a charging cable entry through the bottom, this holder is great for installation, leaving a small gap just enough to insert the charger. Once installed, the little rubber grips hold the phone fairly firmly and will hold tight even if you stick it in a car air vent. I love how the phone retracts and shrinks when picked up so it's not such a bulky device on the dash. Holds up well, no complaints. Unfortunately it lost 1 star from me because it definitely doesn't hold the phone horizontally. I spend a lot of time in the car waiting to watch videos to pass the time. But it's not great if you have a phone holder that loses that good grip when flipped horizontally, the phone falls out without being held. To be honest the product description doesn't say it can hold the phone horizontally, it would be great to include that in the updated design. Overall, I think it's great again if you only set up the cell phone vertically. The grip is strong, no doubt, but there is no chance horizontally.
