This cream is very thick and white, almost odorless. I use it for sunspots on my right hand which I keep by the window when my husband drives so he gets plenty of sunlight. There are many more sunspots on this hand than on the left hand, which is in shadow. So far (a week of daily use) I don't notice any difference in the color of sunspots. I'll post an update when the whole tube is gone. Positives so far: Doesn't irritate my skin, it does have an odor but it's light and not terrible.
