Metal headband with white ribbon. The headband is ok. The mesh is a plastic mesh on which small pieces of a brush are tied/bent. Not good! The mini hat is matte white and the bright white bet and bow in the background make it look terrible. The mini hat is of very poor quality and it shows. I wouldn't wear it at all. marriage or not. I understand that the price is cheap, the final product shows it too. The internal clip for attaching the mini hat to the headband is very strong, which is good as the mini hat will not dangle when attached to the metal headband. It's back!
