I really love this set and appreciate the chair most of all. However, once when I was pulling weeds, I would pick up the chair while still in a somewhat seated position so I could scoot along the driveway. When I sat back down, the bars had separated and I ended up falling. This isn’t the fault of the chair, but my fault for doing things the way I was doing them. But, you should be cognizant that it could happen to you as well. The chair is held together with metal bars that have that elastic string in them like the camping poles that come with tents. Overall, I’m very pleased with this set and recommend it.
