Before I bought these glasses I had so much eye strain from staring at the screen all day. But these glasses have helped me a lot and I've noticed that my headaches and eye pain from blue light have greatly reduced in the past few days. The design of the frame is pleasant, the glasses are of high quality. I would say you get a quality product at a reasonable price. The only thing is that the lenses are yellowish at least for me, but if that doesn't bother you then I'd say this is a must see!
