Nice and reliable. I personally don't expect to use the clip all the time. Only if I want to use it as a stand. I don't know why people said there were no instructions because I had a little pamphlet for them. But the rest was pretty clear. I think it's great that an additional screen protector was included. I only put it on today but time will tell how it holds up. Otherwise, my phone feels secure in a case for a fraction of the cost of an Otterbox.
