Overall this product has great value, the metal parts are well made and it's easy to tell that they will last. I like the three piece design as it gives you a lot of freedom when working with an umbrella (that's what I use it for), the only thing I would like to see is that the handles are also metal or at least the better plastic they are not broken but apparently they are not made of quality material and as I use larger umbrellas in some cases they require more pressure (turns of the button) to keep them in place and each time I press the button twist it feels like it's going to break again. it didn't happen but i'm sure it will happen, metal handles would make it the perfect product. Other than that, it works great and looks cool too, the black and white combo feels kind of "elegant". I am deducting a star from my 5 star rating due to the lack of metal handles. However, this is a very good deal for the price.
